UI Pharma Online Store
(hereinafter Online Store) is owned by UI Pharma (registration number 123456), located in Finland.
Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms of sale are valid for purchasing goods from the UI Pharma Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated alongside the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices for goods sold in the online store are in euros.
The delivery cost depends on the buyer’s location and delivery method. The delivery cost is shown to the buyer when placing the order.
Product information is presented in the Online Store directly alongside the product.
Placing an Order
To order products, add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required information fields and select an appropriate delivery method for the products. After this, a payment screen will appear, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

Note! When paying with bank link, you must press the “Return to merchant” button on the bank’s page.
Payments are processed by Montonio. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – bank link payments occur in the respective bank’s secure environment and credit card payments in Montonio’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card information. The agreement becomes effective when the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s account.
UI Pharma is the data controller for personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or other reasons, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days from sending the notification.

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer, and corresponding price information is shown alongside the delivery method.
Shipments sent within Finland generally reach the buyer’s designated destination within 3 working days from the sales agreement becoming effective.
In exceptional cases, there is a right to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to cancel the agreement made in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day return right, ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods, as permitted for testing goods in a physical store.
If goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods, or show signs of use or wear, UI Pharma has the right to reduce the refundable payment according to the decrease in the goods’ value.
To return goods, a withdrawal notice must be submitted regarding the purchase of goods, the form for which can be found here: (notice) and sent to email address info@uipharma.com no later than 14 days from receiving the goods.
Return costs are paid by the buyer, unless the reason for return is due to the returned product not matching the order (for example, wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the notice or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to a carrier within the aforementioned time limit.
UI Pharma will refund to the buyer immediately after receiving the returned goods, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, all payments received from the buyer based on the agreement.
UI Pharma may refuse to make refunds until it has received back the subject matter of the agreement or until the buyer has provided evidence of having returned the item, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has clearly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by UI Pharma, UI Pharma is not obligated to refund costs that exceed the standard delivery method costs.
UI Pharma has the right to cancel the sales agreement and demand the buyer return the goods if the price of goods in the online store has been marked significantly below the market price due to an error.
Right to File Complaints
UI Pharma is responsible to the buyer for the goods sold complying with contract terms or for defects that existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years of delivery to the buyer. Within 1 year of delivery to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is UI Pharma’s obligation to rebut this presumption.
When a defect becomes apparent, the buyer has the right to contact the online store no later than two months later by sending an email to info@uipharma.com or calling: +358 123 456 789.
UI Pharma is not responsible for defects that arose after delivery of goods to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the online store have defects for which UI Pharma is responsible, UI Pharma will repair or replace the defective goods. If goods cannot be repaired or replaced, UI Pharma will refund the buyer all payments according to the sales agreement.
UI Pharma responds to consumer complaints in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
UI Pharma uses personal data entered by the buyer only for order processing and delivering goods to the buyer. UI Pharma shares personal data with companies providing transportation services for goods delivery.
UI Pharma sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed their desire by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct mail.
The buyer always has the option to refuse email offers and newsletters by notifying us by email or following the instructions in the email containing offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints against UI Pharma, they should be sent to email address info@uipharma.com or call: +358 123 456 789
If the buyer and UI Pharma cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the option to contact the Consumer Dispute Board. Procedural conditions can be reviewed and applications made here. The Consumer Dispute Board has jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from agreements between the buyer and UI Pharma. Processing the buyer’s complaint by the board is free of charge.
The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
